Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Please refer to our size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we suggest going for the larger size.
Q: How should I care for my Tashan Wear t-shirts?
A: Cold wash only. Wash inside out to protect the print. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Please email us at hello@tashanwear.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Q: Do you accept returns for change of mind or size issues?
A: Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for change-of-mind or size exchanges. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Q: Who covers the return shipping?
A: For change-of-mind or size-related returns, customers are responsible for return postage. We’ll provide a return label, and the postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
Q: What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
A: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us right away. In these cases, we’ll cover the return postage and arrange a refund, replacement, or repair in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
