At Tashan Wear, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple and fair exchange process.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

What can be exchanged?

  • Size exchanges

  • Product exchanges within the same category

How to Request an Exchange

Please email hello@tashanwear.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Preferred replacement (size or product)

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days and guide you through the process.

Replacement Timeline

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, replacement products are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days.

  • Replacement orders are generally delivered within the standard delivery timelines mentioned above.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • If a refund is approved due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.

Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind or size exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund in line with applicable consumer laws.

Important Notes

  • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for exchange unless stated otherwise on the product page.

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during sale periods or new product drops.
