Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Replacement Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, replacement products are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Replacement orders are generally delivered within the standard delivery timelines mentioned above.
Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If a refund is approved due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind or size exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund in line with applicable consumer laws.
